How Much Does our Coffee Catering Service Cost?
Depending on the type of event, the price can vary. Below is a general guideline on our price point for The Woodlands catering.
We start our pricing at $650, which includes:
2 hour espresso bar, bottomless drinks (hot & iced), personal barista, and all consumables needed (coffee, milks, milk alternatives, sugars, cups, lids) for small events.
You also have the options to add-ons:
Custom cup labeling, custom labeling for coffee cart, additional hour of espresso bar service and any special request.

What Kind of coffee drinks do you serve?
We have a menu of 15 drinks and are always expanding. With our locally roasted beans we serve the usual drinks like, Cappuccino, Flat White, Americano, to more specialty drinks like lattes, seasonal drinks and custom drinks (Graham Cracker latte, Honey Lavender latte…etc) You can find our menu options here, and if you have a special request feel free to contact us.
Do you provide milk alternatives?
Yeup, we are happy to serve your coffee with oat milk or almond milk upon request.
Can you set-up anywhere?
Yes! We have done coffee catering in the Woodlands and surrounding areas like Cypress, Humble, Spring and more. Since we are mobile, we can set up both indoor and outdoor depending on the event location. The only thing we require is that we need to have access to an outlet for our electrical plug.
How do I get my coffee cups labeled?
We make this process simple for you, once you request the custom add-on we will contact you to get your logo or preference. We will then design a few mock-ups and send them your way for approval. For corporate events, its usually the company logo and for weddings it’s the bride & groom’s name. No matter the type of event you have, will collaborate with you and make sure you approve before we print the labels.
